House of Reps scrap N5bn budget for Presidential Yacht The House of Representatives has scrapped the N5 billion budgeted for the purchase of a Presidential yacht.

Reps. reject N5 billion in funding for the Presidential Yacht The N5 billion allocated for the purchase of a presidential yacht has been discarded by the House of Representatives. The House Committee on Appropriations Chairman, Abubakar Bichi, said in an interview with reporters following the passage of the Supplementary budget today, November 2, that the lawmakers took the public's desire to eliminate the budget for the yacht into consideration and moved the money to the N5.5 billion budgeted for the Student loan initiative, bringing the total budgetary allocation for the Student loan to N10 billion.As far as we are concerned, the presidential yacht is no longer ours. The student loan amount has been increased.

As you may remember, we raised the student loan to N10 billion from the N5 billion allocated in the budget," he stated.In response to security concerns, the Committee also increased the Ministry of Defence's budgetary allocation from 476 billion to 546 billion. Grammy-winning musician Burna Boy, also known as Damini Ogulu, a Nigerian, has disclosed that he recently declined a $5 million offer to play in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 He said that he declined the offer since smoking marijuana in Dubai would be prohibited.Smoking is forbidden by Emirati law in Dubai's parks, beaches, and other public recreation areas. Burna Boy freestyled while practicing with his band, Outsiders. In a recent episode of the The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast, Stephanie revealed why she was fired from her job with Kim.

“Well, I got fired. Fired in the nicest sense of the word,” she said. “Like, I was crying and she was crying because we are friends.”

“I just inherently felt like, ‘It is time to move on. I don’t know if I have anything more I can contribute to this.’ I think she probably felt that and saw that. Al Pacino to Pay $30,000 Per Month in Child Support to Noor Alfallah

Roman, their 4-month-old son, and Al Pacino's girlfriend Noor Alfallah have reached a custody agreement.

According to TMZ, he will pay $30,000 in child support each month, with the amount subject to increase based on his yearly income.

Roman will be shared between them legally, Noor will have primary physical custody, and Al will have visitation rights.

When it comes to choosing holidays, the two parents will collaborate. They also each have an equal voice in decisions regarding the school and extracurricular activities.

Concerning child support... In addition to the $110,000 upfront payment, Al will now have to pay $30,000 in basic child support each month. Opening Up About Having An Abortion Because Justin Timberlake "Didn't Want To Be A Father," Britney Spears

On September 7, 2000, Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake were spotted in the audience at the 2000 MTV Music Video Awards in New York, USA.

Britney Spears reveals she was pregnant by Justin Timberlake and got an abortion in her forthcoming memoir, The Woman in Me.

When they were young and both Mouseketeers on "The Mickey Mouse Club," Justin and Britney first crossed paths.

During a game of Truth or Dare at a sleepover, Britney claims that they hit it off right away and that he kissed her.

After they finally started dating in 1999, Britney Spears declared Justin Timberlake to be her true love.

In the memoir, Britney writes:

It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated.

But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.

Britney admits in the book, “If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father.”

The decision to terminate her pregnancy still weighs heavily on her heart. 

“To this day, it’s one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life,” Britney wrote.

Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake intimately ended their relationship in 2002. 

Becoming A Mother

Two years later, the Pop star married Kevin Federline and they welcomed their first child, Sean Preston, in 2005.

A year later, the couple welcomed their second son, Jayden James. 

Unfortunately, Britney’s marriage to Kevin ended in 2007.

Kevin Federline got full custody of their sons in 2008 following Britney Spears’ mental breakdown.

Britney Spears began dating Sam Asghari in 2016 after he got a gig in one of her music videos. 

He proposed in September 2021 and the two of them tied the knot in June 2022 – six months after her conservatorship ended. 

A month before tying the knot, the singer took to social media to share that she had suffered a miscarriage. 

Sadly, in August, Sam Asghari filed for divorce to end his marriage to the Pop icon.

This Halloween season, Khloe Kardashian might have made the biggest celebrity gaffe after rumors about her blackfishing surfaced due to her Bratz costume.

To be completely honest, I couldn't find Khloe in the picture of the Bratz costumes, so when I first saw it on her page, I thought she was shouting out to her friends.

I didn't recognize her as the yellow Bratz doll until she shared her solo photos.

To be fair, most people look unrecognizable in their Halloween costumes, but Khloe Kardashian's color seems to be the source of contention among the crew.
 

 

One person tweeted, “If Khloe’s name wasn’t right there, I’d never believe that this is her. Choosing Bratz is a pretty safe choice to get away with looking like a racially ambiguous/mixed black girl. Our skin is not a damn costume.”

Someone else wrote, “I am a huge Bratz fan & I truly like #KhloeKardashian…still there are so many Bratz dolls and you can dress like Yasmine of the Bratz without darkening your skin…’trying us on like costumes before discarding our bodies like rinds of strange fruit.’ – Jesse Williams”

There were others who defended Khloe’s costume and slammed people for always finding an issue with her.

“Y’all don’t let Khloe Kardashian do — !!!! She doesn’t look like she’s trying to be black. She looks like herself & IT’S HALLOWEEN… she’s a BRATZ doll…y’all are annoying!!! & Y’ALL LOOK A MESS,” a supporter tweeted. 

The comment section on Khloe’s post pretty much mirrored the sentiment on social media.

The late rapper's children will divide his possessions as the estate negotiations have come to an end.

Samiel Asghedom, popularly known as "Blacc Sam," Nipsey's brother, handled the estate's administration, which totaled over $11 million.

On behalf of their 7-year-old son Kross Asghedom, Nipsey's mother Lauren London will get half of the cash and non-cash assets.

In addition, she will receive an extra $113,000 to cover costs associated with Emani's "health, education, and other matters."

The other 50% of the assets will go to Nipsey Hussle's family as guardians for his 14-year-old daughter Emani Asghedom, whom he shared with his ex Tanisha Foster.
 

The assets in question are a 2012 Chevy Suburban, 100% membership interest in All Money Inc, 100% interest in Marathon Studios, 100% interest in The Marathon Touring, 100% interest in The Marathon Clothing Inc and his trademark portfolio — along with various other companies and businesses.

The grand total of assets is worth over $11 million.

Magic Johnson is officially a billionaire, according to Forbes. This means the Lakers legend will be just the fourth athlete to achieve this benchmark, joining Michael Jordan, LeBron James and Tiger Woods.

Forbes now estimates Johnson's net worth to be $1.2 billion. After becoming the first overall pick in the 1979 NBA Draft out of Michigan State, Johnson went on to have one of the most iconic careers in NBA history.

Johnson was the NBA's assists leader four times and steals leader twice. His many accomplishments include five NBA championships and 12 All-Star appearances.

However, Johnson earned most of his money after he was done playing. In fact, Forbes reports he made $40 million from his NBA career, and he earned the rest by being a savvy business man who invests in multiple different areas.

Johnson has ownership stakes in three Los Angeles-based sports teams, including the WNBA's Los Angeles Sparks, MLB's Los Angeles Dodgers and MLS' LAFC. He also invested in the NFL's Commanders earlier this year. Johnson's non-sports investments include Starbucks, Burger King, 24 Hour Fitness and the life insurance company EquiTrust.

While speaking of her relationship with her father, she explained that he had been present in their lives since they were kids but things changed when a huge argument between him and her mother had an impact on the children.

Hilda said: “For me, I will say one of the biggest issues was when he abandoned me. He didn’t abandon me from on set. He was present for us to some extent.

“But when it dawned on me, was when my dad and mom had issues, and I was in 300 level second semester in University.
