  The NETNg has released photos of Writ of Summons pasted on Dbanj's house over the alleged N60m owed top oil and gas industry player, Henry Ojogho.Dbanj reportedly obtained the loan in January 2013 and has not paid back the said sum despite signing an undertaking to do so.... According to the NetNg report With the case filed in court with suit number: LD/ADR/445/14 with hearing expected to commence on Monday, January 26, 2015 at the Multi-door Courthouse in Obalende, Lagos with Justice Mrs Oyebanji as the presiding judge. Already, the writ of summons and other relevant documents in the suit have been posted on D’Banj’s residence on Osaro Isokpan Street in Lekki Phase 1. The pasting was done by the court bailiff on December 17, 2014 at about 1:35p.m, pursuant to order of court made on November 12, 2014 having been satisfied that the defendant was evading been served the notice. However with the on-going strike by the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) which is over 2 weeks old now, the case may be adjourned if the strike is not called off before January 26, 2015, which is the hearing date....

The founder and General Superintendent of Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor William Kumuyi,has assured Nigerians that the elections of February 2015 will be free, fair and devoid of rigging, adding that the votes of Nigerians will count.

Kumuyi made the declaration on Wednesday, January21, 2015 at the Bori, the headquarters of Ogoni in Rivers State after arriving for a one-week revival, stressing that once the people were sure of their choice, the election will be violence free, as the mandate would be generally accepted.

He urged the people not to be scared of the election as God was in control of things and will not disappoint the people.
Kumuyi said the choice of Ogoniland was because of the numerous challenges the Ogoni people were facing, stating that all the troubles will be a thing of the past once the people accept God as their personal savior.

The influential man of God also used the opportunity to call on politicians and political parties to accept whatever results the election brings so as to avert violence.

Incumbent Governor of Lagos State,Babatunde Raji Fashola during the All Progressives Congress governorship rally in Ajeromi Local Government, yesterday disclosed that he is yet to have his permanent voters card (PVC) against next month’s elections and subsequent ones. Here’s what the State Governor said; “I have tried many times but I have not been able to get my PVC. Even the Sultan of Sokoto is yet to collect his PVC. I have been fighting them because of the shoddy way the voters registration went on in Lagos. I know that many people have not been able to get theirs, but I urge people not to relent.” “Everyone should go to the wards where they registered to get their PVCs. Even if you don’t get it on the first day, do not relent till you get it,” he said

"What is the noise about Buhari's credentials?"-Lai Mohammed

The National Publicity Secetary of the All Progressive Congress,APC,chief Lai Muhammed has described the statement of by Fani Kayode that Gen.Muhammadu Buhari should be stripped off his millitary status and privileges for joining the army with fake credentials as laughable.

Fani had during a press conference said that Buhari should also be disqualified from the forthcoming presidential election over inability to present his original credentials.

Reacting to Fani's assertion while speaking as a guest on channels TV's Sunrise Daily, the APC's spokesman explained that after buhari was overthrown in 1985, his house was ransacked and his documents were either stolen or burnt.

According to him, upon his (Buhari) return from exile, he sworn an affidavit to show that his results were missing.

"This happened long ago. He was a former Head of State and i don't think he's going to look for job anywhere where they would ask him to bring his original credentials. He swore an affidavit and he tendered it when he contested for presidency in 2003, 2007, and 2011 respectively. So what is the noise about Buhari's credentials?

"I also graduated from school over 53 years ago and i don't think i can find my WASC certificate. I think Buhari should be pardoned if he cannot produce his certificates."
