US Weekly is reporting that Tyra Banks is set to leave the “America’s Got Talent” show.
According to the media house, this was revealed by a source close to the situation who claims that, “Tyra’s leaving on her own volition and because she wants to produce and act more. She likes to produce and create.”
And this comes two days after the 45-year-old supermodel tweeted about the AGT. “This #Tylight from 2018 is when I met the super sexy BTS boyzzzzz,” she captioned a photo of herself with the South Korean boy band, adding, “We made friends at the @bbma’s, did some boomerangs, I did some fierce hair flips as I jammed out to their song #Idol, and then we got them to perform on @agt! Emma Stone has admitted she felt 'gloomy' for a week after turning 30 and feels as though she is still finding her voice.

The Oscar-winning actress believes her self-confidence has grown in recent years and she has accepted that she will never be liked by everyone, saying she no longer feels the need to 'win over the unwinnable'.

The actress made the confession to British Vogue, as she joined her The Favourite co-star Olivia Colman for a chat in the February issue.

Peter Hill-Wood, Former Arsenal Chairman Dies

The former Arsenal chairman Peter Hill-Wood has died at the age of 82, the Premier League club has announced.

Hill-Wood joined the Arsenal board in 1962 and served as chairman from 1982-2013. His time at the helm included the club’s title-winning eras of George Graham and Arsène Wenger. He was also a key part of the formation of the Premier League in 1992 and oversaw the club’s move from Highbury to the Emirates Stadium in 2006.

Hill-Wood’s involvement in Arsenal had continued a long family tradition. Both his grandfather, Sir Samuel Hill-Wood, and father, Denis Hill-Wood, had previously served as chairman

The Kardashian-Jenner family has been accused of overtly editing and photo-shopping their Christmas card .According to Daily Mail, others claimed Kim’s body has been edited, with some pointing out her arm cradling daughter Chicago, 11 months, looks ‘distorted’.

While many more were convinced the family members had posed separately and were ‘photo-shopped together’ for the finished result.

Criticising the picture used, many accused the reality stars of editing the snap – pointing out ‘obvious-looking’ errors, including some claiming Kourtney’s son Mason, nine, has been been super-imposed into the card, as well as North West, Kim’s daughter.

Ericmany Wins N14m Case For Runtown

Frontline entertainment company and record label, Ericmany Entertainment has won a N14,000,000 suit filed against it and its act Douglas Jack Agu (aka Runtown) by the Dynamic Minds League.

The suit was for claim of damages against Ericmany for a ‘no-show’ by Runtown at a carnival in Anambra State organized by the group in January 2015.

The case, Suit No LD/ADR/251/2015, was filed on 19th August, 2015 by the Anambra group through its leader, Mr. Chizuo Anetoh. They dragged Runtown, Ericmany Entertainment and Prince Okwudili Umenyiora, the billionaire Chairman of Dilly Motors Limited and Ericmany Entertainment before the Lagos High Court, claiming the sum of N14 Million as damages for failure of Runtown to perform at their Harmattan Carnival held at Adazi-Nnukwu, Anaocha in Anambra State.


Ericmany lawyers, Chijioke Emeka & Colleagues [Auxano Law] argued that the group first breached the contract having failed to provide all that was required and in good time for the artiste to make the appearance. Ericmany’s case was that the group made inadequate and shoddy arrangements. Being the Christmas period, Ericmany’s crew had to sort out late hour flight tickets to Port Harcourt instead of Asaba or Owerri nearer to the Anaocha venue. Upon landing in Port Harcourt it was late to proceed on a dangerous night road journey without adequate security, Ericmany’s lawyer claimed.

Drunk BRT driver flees after knocking down naval officer’s wife

  

A driver not yet identified for a fast-track Rapid Transit vehicle belonging to Primero Transport Services Limited, reportedly driving under the influence of alcohol, is reportedly knocked down by a woman of a Navy Officer Bilikisu Adedoy at the Irawo Bus Station , Ajegunle, Ikorodu Street, Lagos State.


PUNCH Metro gathered that 43-year-old Adedoyin, who was on her way home before she was knocked down by the BRT bus with number plate EKY 160 XR, was taken to the emergency unit of the Ikorodu General Hospital, after allegedly being denied care by two private hospitals.


One of the bus passengers, Paul Chinedu, said the attempt to warn the driver, who was allegedly drunk, turned out to be worthless, added that the relevant authorities should warn BRT bus drivers in order to prevent recurrence of such accidents.
He said,

“I was one of the passengers on the bus; I had been complaining about the driver’s speed and the fact that he was drunk, but he did not listen. When he spoke to me, I perceived the strong smell of alcohol from his breath. Suddenly, another bus emerged and the woman (Adedoyin) was on the road; the driver could not control the speed of the bus and that was how he knocked down the woman.
“The most annoying part was that when he jumped down from the bus to see what had happened, he took the next available motorcycle and ran away. Those in charge of the BRT buses need to caution their drivers to reduce their speed while driving on the BRT lanes, and to watch the way they live, because the driver was drunk and that was why this accident happened.”

Second Act star Jennifer Lopez has been sued to court by a professional photographer, identified as Michael Stewart for posting photo he took. Lopez is facing a big fat lawsuit by a photographer who took a photo of her for posting the picture on her Instagram page

 

According to the lawsuit, Stewart had taken a photo of Lopez earlier this year which he licensed to a website back in June only to later discover the shot was posted on her Instagram.

It was learnt that Stewart is aggrieved over the move as he claims neither Jennifer Lopez, nor anyone on her team, asked his permission to use his photo.
