Following actress Timi Ogunde's criticism of her for allegedly trying to strangle her and for allegedly defrauding women online, film director Yemi Adedayo responds.

Timi claimed that she first met Yemi when she expressed interest in a role he had posted online. She claimed that after arriving at the hotel where the cast was staying, she chose to stay with Yemi because he was the only person she knew on set. 

Timi claimed that when she woke up, she saw Yemi covering her nose and trying to choke her; he stopped when she screamed, but Yemi claimed this was a nightmare.

 Timi also claimed that she chose to speak up after witnessing people accusing Yemi of being dishonest and lying. Yemi responded by accusing Timi of having a hidden agenda and fabricating information.

 

Yemi responded to this by accusing Timi of lying and having a hidden agenda. Timi chose to arrive on set, according to him, the night after the alleged incident.The film, which previously disclosed that he would not be revealing the reason behind his request for Timi to leave his set, also cautioned her against damaging his reputation online.
