#jaiyeorie On August 1, 2022, Justice Efe Ikponmwonba of the Edo State High Court, sitting in Benin City, found six internet scammers guilty of fraud and sentenced them to prison.
Emejom Jude Chinomso, Okolie Collins, Hezekiah Oghenekume, Musa Dauda, Akinselure Adebayo, and Obafemi Oluwatosin are the indicted individuals.
They were charged with separate one-count counts of impersonation, intent to defraud, and giving false statements to the EFCC by the EFCC's Benin Zonal Command.
