Victoria’s Secret has announced they have launched a “full investigation” into the viral Karen incident in one of their New Jersey stores.
A White woman attacked a Black woman, then spazzed out when she realized her foolery were being recorded.
In the statement released via their Twitter account Victoria’s Secret said:
Associate and Customer safety is our top priority, and we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all.
They also noted, the store associates who went on about their business as usual followed protocol by contacting their Emergency Operations Center and mall security.
There was no straightforward statement denouncing Karen-like behavior. But, maybe I was expecting too much.
