I Wrote Tunde Ednut’s Hit Song ‘Catching Cold’, But He Did Not Pay Me – Singer Kay Jay

Kay Jay has come out to slam blogger Tunde Ednut in a new interview claiming he wrote the blogger’s hit single “Catching cold” for him but never got paid royalties or receive recognition.

The songwriter mentioned that when he wrote the track for him he never cared about royalties or anything else as his passion for music was the one thing that drove him. He shared that the right thing to do is to acknowledge a writer and also pay them for their services but he never got any of this.

In the interview, Kay Jay revealed that he also wrote the track called Iyanu a Shele for Iyanya and Psycho for KCee and he still wasn’t recognized as the writer or get paid for the song. He shared that if he lived abroad he will be extremely comfortable and will be getting paid for a good job.
