The “Selena” star, 51, first teased that she was working on a skincare line in 2018, and has spent the past 2 years developing a series of products.

JLo Beauty will launch on January 1 on jlobeauty.com with 8 products, including a $79 serum dubbed “That JLo Glow.”

“Surface tightening and lifting you can feel instantly meets next-level glow,” the product description states.

Lopez told Glamour that she relies on effective skincare — not Botox or lasers — to maintain her  youthful appearance.

“I’m not that person. I don’t have anything against people doing that, it’s just not my thing,” she told the outlet.

“I’m more about a natural approach to skincare. Whatever topical I use has to be somewhat natural, but I want them to work. I want the hyaluronic acid in there, I want the things that are going to help, because I don’t want to have to go to the needles at some point. I’m not saying one day I won’t, but I haven’t yet.”

She referenced that her beauty secret is olive oil, which is a featured ingredient in the products, as well as a “next-Jen” hyaluronic acid complex for that aging-in-reverse affect.

“This has been something I’ve been thinking about for maybe the past 20 years,” the singer told beauty editors over Zoom ahead of the launch. “I was just, like, I have to do skin care because the number one question, no matter where I went—if I was filming a movie, music, or whatever—was, What are you doing for your skin? And as I got more mature, the question came even more frequently.”

She insists she was deeply involved in the creation of each product—some of which, like the JLo Glow serum, took more than 20 iterations to "get right".

Lopez had her hand in concept to production details from the rose gold packaging to the ingredients that have been the foundation of her glow throughout her lucrative career.

So what's the real secret to that J.Lo glow? Olive oil—a home remedy passed down by her mom—which is featured in an antioxidant-rich complex in each of her serums and creams, and minding her business. “I heard this saying once when I was younger that, until 25, you get the face that you were born with, but after 25 you get the face that you deserve,” she says. “And I was like, damn, all right!

You have to be a nice, beautiful person on the inside, if you want to have your face reflect that. You become what you think and how you act.”

Starting off with 8 products, the line features a creamy gel cleanser, a two-piece sheet mask, peptide-packed Wonder Cream (made with what the brand is calling a “next-Jen hyaluronic acid” complex with extra hydration power for a “plumped, dewy, pillowy look”), an SPF 30 moisturizer, a shimmering “complexion filter” that blends makeup and skin-care ingredients to give you J.Lo-filtered skin, collagen-boosting supplements, and of course, That JLo Glow.

There’s also a “That Blockbuster” cream ($58), “That Star Filter” complexion booster ($39), “That Limitless Glow” face mask ($18), “That Hit Single” cleanser ($38), “That Fresh Take” eye cream ($48), “That Big Screen” SPF 30 moisturizer ($54) and “That Inner Love” dietary supplement ($36).

After the products launch on jlobeauty.com in the new year, they will also be available for purchase at Sephora and Amazon starting January 14.

The products come in rose gold packaging reportedly inspired by JLo’s favorite antique Cartier watch.
