WWD reported that the “Good For You” singer has filed a trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for her name (Selena Gomez) under her July Moon production company. The trademark also cites a number of beauty products including “fragrances, cosmetics, skin-care preparations, hair-care preparations, soaps, moisturizers, and essential oils.”
Selena is set to compete with beauty lines from Kylie Jenner (Kylie Cosmetics), and Rihanna (Fenty) who already have high stakes in the industry.
