Tomi Badejoko,DJ Cuppy And Julz At London School Of Economics To Speak On “The Role Of Arts In the Black Community”

The annual panel discussion which seeks to showcase different issues relating to the black community, was held at the Sheikh Zayed Theatre and “The Role of Arts, in the Black Community” was the topic of the day.On the 1st of February 2018, Tomi Badejoko and DJ Cuppy, music producer, Julz and filmmaker, Dami Vaughn were invited to speak at the Black Ascent event which is hosted by the London School of Economics.

“The event is being organised to present the arts as a vital aspect in our communities and in expressing the complexity of black identity to the world stage.” she concludes
Tomi Badejoko is a serial multi mediapreneur. She currently hosts the “Breakfast Show” on Ben TV (Sky channel 175), and co- host the “Culture Club”, on Tribe Urban Radio. She has interviewed high profile individuals like The Duke of York, HRH Prince Andrew, the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan and entertainment stars and also hosted top events like the Royal Ascot, London Fashion Week, Nollywood movie Premieres and Afrobeat concerts.
