Kim's Surrogate Has Dropped The New West Baby

Well wishes came in following the new arrival including Kim's sister, Khloe, and pal, Ryan Seacrest.

Kim Kardashian welcomed a baby girl on Monday. The seven-pound, six-ounce girl was born via surrogate and joins big sister, North, 4, and brother, Saint, 2.
The news was confirmed on Kim's website in a "She's here!" post (timestamped January 15 at 12:47 a.m.):
"Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl. We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister.

According to TMZ, it's not clear if the surrogate gave birth in her hometown area of San Diego or at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles (where the older Kardashian West babies were born).
