Lieutenant Toby Cohen is the first woman from Nigeria in the Israeli Defense Forces General Force. Nigerian mother and father of Israel were born, Toby and her husband lived in Kano, but Israel emigrated with their love for 17 years. As a child, Toby heard so much Israel and his army from his father in Israeli forces. His father's family visited Israel during the Pacific, and when he grew older, he decided to turn interest in culture and build a relationship with his father. Through a program sent by the young to Israel, Toby joined Metzar's pre-army education program. There, he learned Hebrew language, and his friend added to the society that lived in the country more. Initially Toby was a sergeant in the Homefront Command, but later joined the training of officers. Home Front Command tutorials are for everyone. He is in charge of the preparation of the deputies of Haifa Regional. These, among other things, provide advice on natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires and floods, as well as emergencies, such as rocket attacks or the threat of a biological / chemical weapon.
