Toilin Kelly allegedly faces charges of selling video killings that led to the current jail term.
According to reports, business partner Toilin and Suge Knight, Mark Blankenship, are accused of committing conscientious objection to a court decision, a conspiracy to interfere with justice and conspiracy to commit a major theft because of the sale of the incriminating video Suge, who drove two men with his truck at the " Straight Outta Compton "in TMZ for $ 55,000.
Toilin has already pleaded not guilty to the charges.
If convicted of three criminal offenses, Kelly and Blankenship face up to three years in prison. The couple is also accused of allegedly assisting in bribery of the witness to testify of Knight's name.
