Instagram comedian, Broda Shaggi revealed in a conversation with Ehiz on his Dada Boy show, that he makes over N20 million ($40K) in a month from skits.Ehiz asked in parts, "In six months, how much do you make off YouTube in dollars? Let's say you make $40,000 per month, is that higher or lower?$80,000, higher or lower?"Shaggi responded by stating that he earns more than ₦‎20,000,000 ($40K) but less than ₦‎40,000,000 ($80K) per month.Shaggi, who has 1.7 million YouTube subscribers and over 11 million Instagram followers, mentioned that he was able to reach this number because of how consistent he has been with his work.

Al Roker was left speechless as Jameela Jamil recalled her disastrous “first-ever booty call” that ended with her date collapsing on the floor.

“How do I tell this again legally?” she said while promoting her new podcast, “Bad Dates,” on the “Today” show Tuesday.

“I had a man take several steps into my apartment on what was supposed to be my first-ever booty call. He collapsed three steps in,” she continued.

The “She-Hulk” actress, 37, said the unidentified man was seriously injured, much to the anchors’ shock.

“He broke all of his front teeth. They flew across my apartment,” Jamil said.

“He split his chin open and collapsed, and it was because he had misused a drug that excites a man’s sausage,” she added coyly.

Beloved weatherman Roker had no words, while co-hosts Craig Melvin, Sheinelle Jones and Dylan Dreyer burst into laughter.

“I have heard some bad date stories, that’s the worst,” Melvin said.

The “Good Place” star later shared a clip from the interview on TikTok, captioning the video, “Omg this is why I should not be allowed on live TV.”

She added, “Al’s face will haunt me forever.”

Fans quickly jumped into the comments section to note Roker’s hilarious side eye had some serious meme potential.

“Al said it’s too early for this,” one person wrote, while another fan offered a similar sentiment, “Al is giving me dissappointed Grandma energy.”

A third person chimed in, “That was some serious side eye he was giving the world,” and another referenced a viral TikTok sound, writing, “Bombastic side eye from Al.”

The actress did not identify the subject of her horrifying date story, however, she has been in a relationship with James Blake since 2015.

Jamil has previously spoken out about her partner, revealing he was a “source of strength and comfort” for her in times she’s faced criticism from the public.

Adidas is losing Ivy Park from Beyoncé.

A recent source claims that Bey and Adidas have amicably decided to separate ways.

In 2018, Beyoncé entered a creative partnership with Adidas, where she relaunched her Ivy Park activewear line and also developed new footwear and apparel for the brand. 

But there has apparently been major creative differences between Ivy Park and Adidas, and Beyoncé is excitedly looking to reclaim her brand, chart her own path and maintain creative freedom.

In 2016, Beyoncé debuted Ivy Park, which was a joint venture with Sir Philip Green of Topshop. The 50-50 venture with Topshop ended in 2018, and Beyoncé gained full ownership of Ivy Park.

In January, Beyoncé previewed Park Trail, her latest Adidas x Ivy Park collaboration, in Dubai a day before she performed a private concert in the city. It marked her first live show in four years.

She will launch her Renaissance World Tour in May in Stockholm, and the trek winds its way through Europe, with stops in Cardiff, Edinburgh, Sunderland, Paris, London, Marseille, Amsterdam, Warsaw and more. Beyoncé then returns home to North America with shows in Toronto, Vancouver, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Boston, Charlotte, Detroit, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, Philadelphia, San Francisco, the New York City metro area and her hometown of Houston before wrapping up in New Orleans.

We had a feeling this was going to happen after that report came out claiming Ivy Park was losing Adidas millions of dollars. We look forward to seeing what she does with the brand next.

Following the passing of his best friend Jamal Edwards, singer Ed Sheeran has sworn never to do drugs again.


Jamal, a businessman in the music industry who established the music network SBTV in 2006 and helped Ed launch his career, passed away in February 2022 at the age of 31.


An inquest last year concluded that Jamal passed away from a heart attack following a late-night drug and alcohol session.


At the inquest, it was revealed that three tiny snap bags with trace amounts of white powder were discovered on Jamal after he passed out.


Back in August, Assistant West London Coroner Ivor Collett made the determination that Mr. Edwards passed away from a cardiac arrest triggered by cocaine use and alcohol consumption.



Galway Girl hitmaker Ed, 32, has pledged to never again create music after Jamal's untimely murder. 

Ed, who recently released an emotional track in tribute to his late friend, said that it would be disrespectful to ever play around with substances again after Jamal tragically lost his life to drugs.

In an incredibly honest confession, Ed told Rolling Stone Magazine that once upon a time, he used to take drugs twice a day – but he has now sworn off them forever after the shock of his best friend’s death.

The chart-topping singer said: “I would never, ever, ever touch anything again, because that’s how Jamal died.

“And that’s just disrespectful to his memory to even, like, go near.”

Discussing his drug use in detail for the first time, Ed confessed that he first started taking them in his mid-20s, and then gradually became hooked on them

Ed explained: “I was always a drinker. I didn’t touch any sort of like, drug, until I was 24.

“I remember just being at a festival and being like, ‘Well, if all of my friends do it, it can’t be that bad.’ And then sort of dabbling. And then it just turns into a habit that you do once a week and then once a day and then, like, twice a day and then, like, without booze.“

Ed went on to say that doing drugs just ‘became bad vibes’ for him eventually.

The singing sensation also recently confessed that he ‘didn’t want to live anymore’ after Jamal’s death, and after his wife Cherry was diagnosed with a tumour while she was pregnant with their second child.

Earlier this year, Ed delivered an emotional tribute to the late SBTV founder Jamal in a beautiful track which was released online.

Wearing a blue jumper and jeans, the music icon begins to rap: “Yo Jam, this is a letter to you, it’s been a while but it’s been hard for me to get in the booth.

“Since we last spoke I’ve become a father of two trying to live life with a smile but that’s been harder to do. Because all I want to do is talk about you, but these tears won’t let me talk about you. We should have known that we’d be lost without you.“

In Ibadan, Oyo State, armed bandits broke into the home of Nigerian comedian and content creator Ayo Ajewole, better known by his stage name Woli Agba.


Ajewole said this on his Instagram page today and praised God that he, his family, and none of them had suffered any harm.

Popular Labour party supporter, Chude Nnamdi with Twitter handle @chude__, has regained his freedom after he was arrested in Onitsha, Anambra State on Saturday, March 18, 2023, and flown to Abuja for questioning.His arrest sparked a debate on social media with many including former Education Minister, Oby Ezekwesili, calling for his immediate release. It was initially alleged that the Anambra state governor, Charles Soludo was behind his arrest but the state governor through his media aide immediately released a statement denying this claim and stating that it had no hand in Chude's arrest.The Nigeria Police Force also released a statement confirming Chude's arrest. 

 

According to the statement released by its spokesperson CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, Chude was arrested for Cyberstalking. The police said he was being investigated by the Nigeria Police Force National Cyber Crime Centre, Abuja, for cyber-stalking, over a petition about his activities on social media which contravenes the provision of Section 24 of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act, 2015 and other criminal laws.Chude who regained his freedom today, took to his Twitter handle to thank everyone for calling for his release.

#jaiyeorie Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has rejected a court order to compensate the Uber driver who was tortured during the EndSARS memorial. A Federal High Court in Lagos had on March 14, 2023, ordered the Lagos State Government to pay the sum of N5 Million as compensation to Adedotun Clement, an Uber driver who was assaulted on October 20, 2021, at the Lekki Toll-Gate during the first EndSARS memorial. Clement was carrying a passenger to Lagos Mainland when he encountered a gridlock at the Lekki Toll-Gate during a march to commemorate the first anniversary of EndSARS.

 

 He was tortured and pepper-sprayed by officers of the Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Agency and policemen.Human rights lawyer, Inibehe Effiong, filed a lawsuit against the Lagos State Government and the Nigeria Police Force to seek redress.

 

 Following the judgment, Effiong wrote a letter Governor Sanwo-Olu on March 16, 2023 demanding compliance with the judgment. However, the governor refused to act on the demand. The Lagos State Government has now filed an appeal at the Court of Appeal in Lagos against the judgment. In a Notice of Appeal filed on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, but served on Friday, March 24, signed by Dr. Babajide Martins, the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) in the Lagos State Ministry of Justice, the government said there was no evidence that the Uber driver was tortured.

 

 

 Responding to the appeal, Effiong said his client was disappointed by the action of the Lagos State Government but that he was ready to face the government at the Court of Appeal. “I’m not surprised by their decision not to obey a judgment that everyone knows is justifiable. Since they’ve chosen this infamous path, I will equally file a cross-appeal against the N5 Million damages and ask the Court of Appeal to increase it significantly.” Effiong said. The lawyer added, "The message derivable from this action is that Lagosians are back to the regime of real Governor Sanwo-Olu that they know and not the pretentious one who tried to project himself as a populist or respecter of human rights during the campaigns."

Police swarm Rihanna's home as a man arrives to pop the question.
Yesterday, March 23, after a man stepped up to beg for Rihanna's hand in marriage, police were called to her home.
Security personnel informed TMZ that on Thursday, the man, who had come from South Carolina, had approached Rihanna's house and confronted her guards.
Rihanna's crew immediately called the police when the man said he was there to pop the question to the singer.
Officers put the man in handcuffs, put him in a car, and had a serious conversation with him about his intentions after they arrived.
It was further disclosed that the man wearing a red Nike sweatshirt was asked to leave and instructed not to come back despite the fact that he had not broken any laws.
