The government of the United Kingdom has shut down Pastor Tobi Adegboyega’s Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church, popularly known as SPAC Nation, over an alleged £1.87 million fraud. The evangelical church which was founded by Adegboyega, a famous figure in UK social media space who made popular, the slogan, ” offending with Fendi,” was wound up in the public interest in the High Court on Tuesday, June 9, 2022, the U.K government announced on Friday, June 17.
According to a statement posted on the country’s website, the Official Receiver has been appointed as liquidator of the company. “The court heard that SPAC Nation was incorporated in 2012, a charity set up to advance Christianity. Much of its charitable work was based in London, working particularly with vulnerable people, youth, and offenders. Initially, the church group received positive reviews and media attention. But by late 2019, SPAC Nation was subject to media scrutiny following allegations by former church members they had been financially exploited by senior church personnel. Investigators interviewed pastor Dapo Adegboyega and he said that the church group had over 2,000 members and 200 ordained ministers and pastors but failed to provide any supporting information. Further enquiries found that SPAC Nation either failed to comply or only partially complied with statutory requirements, including providing data to support claimed donations, and accounting records in support of £1.87 million of expenditure.
The company’s financial statements in the two years to 31 December 2019 set out £610,000 of rent expenditure. However, the company did not have a single base of its own and would hire venues across London to hold services, at significant expense. Salvation Proclaimer Ministries Limited was wound-up after the court concluded the company operated with a lack of transparency, filed suspicious or incorrect accounts, and was insolvent at the time of the hearing. Her cover was released just hours after Tidal unveiled her long-awaited seventh studio album, titled “Renaissance.” A box set description on her website verifying “Renaissance” includes a CD, T-shirt, and a collectable box.
The editor-in-chief of British Vogue, Edward Enninful, detailed hearing the album in person in the publication: “Instantly, a wall of sound hits me. Soaring vocals and fierce beats combine and in a split second I’m transported back to the clubs of my youth. I want to get up and start throwing moves. It’s music I love to my core. Music that makes you rise, that turns your mind to cultures and subcultures, to our people past and present, music that will unite so many on the dance floor, music that touches your soul. As ever with Beyoncé, it is all about the intent. I sit back, after the wave, absorbing it all.”
In a gold-sequin cloak covered with Swarovski crystals and Schiaparelli Haute Couture jewelry, Beyoncé looked like the goddess she is.
“B wanted to play with fashion like never before, and as we swapped references (from the 1990s garage scene to ’80s excess), talked hair and beauty, and got to know her team, a vision of glittering retro-futurism began to take shape,” Edward Enninful described the idea behind the photoshoot.
“[On set] it was a magical mood and soon B was walking around feeling easy and free to be herself,” he added. “Her husband and kids came to surprise her on set. It was a family day out – albeit a slightly surreal one,” talking about Jay-Z and her three children, Blue Ivy, and the twins Rumi and Sir.

While Beatrice criticized Maria's attitudes, Maria insinuated that Beatrice had been with other men since she left the family, a revelation that nearly resulted in a physical altercation.
Beatrice wrote a simple remark on Twitter in the early hours of Friday, June 17th, which was accompanied with a brief film.

Yakonadi, a Twitter user, advised Tacha to donate without publicizing or declaring it, and to let the results of the charitable activity speak for themselves.
