Ronke Funktionals Slumps And Dies Inside Her Car In Ibadan

A young popular Ibadan/Lagos businesswoman known as Ronke Funktionals, has died.

The deceased who was a mum-of-two and CEO of a chain of boutiques called Funktionals reportedly slumped inside her car on Friday night in Ibadan, Oyo State. 

She was rushed to the hospital when she was found with her head resting on the steering wheel of her car and was confirmed dead at the hospital.

Friends and clients who are shocked to hear of her death have gone on Instagram and Twitter to mourn her.

The baby’s name is Wilfred Lawrie Nicholas Johnson, named after both their grandparents and the two doctors that saved the PM’s life from coronavirus.

Carrie wrote on Instagram: ‘Introducing Wilfred Lawrie Nicolas Johnson born on 29.04.20 at 9am. ‘Wilfred after Boris’ grandfather. Lawrie after my grandfather. Nicholas after Dr Nick Price and Dr Nick Hart – the two doctors that saved Boris’ life last month.

In an interview with Dutch broadcasting station RTL Boulevard, the Dutch-American television personality and former model admitted to being “still shocked” over it all but said she excited about the development.
“Of course we are so excited. I’m excited to become a grandmother in September especially after I lost my mom so recently.”

The singer would be doling out the money through the BeyGOOD Foundation, in partnership with Twitter founder Jack Dorsey’s Start Small fund to release the money to different organizations.
