A Kenyan heiressAnerlisa Muigai, has some relationship advice for ladies.

According to Muigai, who is heiress to Keroche Breweries, insecure women need to stop monitoring their partners with the thoughts that they will cheat on them.

She wrote on IG;

THIS CALLING YOUR MAN EVERY MINUTE BECAUSE HE IS OUT OF YOUR SIGHT NEEDS TO STOP. CALL HIM ONLY IF IT’S URGENT. YOU SHOULD NEVER LACK SLEEP BECAUSE HE LEFT AT 7PM AND BY 4AM HE IS NOT BACK, HE IS A GROWN ASS MAN WHO IS FULLY AWARE OF WHAT TIME HE SHOULD GET BACK. Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux end their 2-year old marriage

 Jennifer Aniston, 49 and her husband Justin Theroux, 46, have ended their 2-year old marriage. The couple announced their separation via a statement.

Their  joint statement read:

“In an effort to reduce any further speculation, we have decided to announce our separation. This decision was mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year. We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship”.
“Normally we would do this privately, but given that the gossip industry cannot resist an opportunity to speculate and invent, we wanted to convey the truth directly. Whatever else is printed about us that is not directly from us, is someone else’s fictional narrative.
Above all, we are determined to maintain the deep respect and love that we have for one another.”

Aniston who clocked 49 on Sunday celebrated away from Theroux.

Danai Gurira ,a Zimbabwean who plays Okoye in the film attended a press conference in the Nigerian brand - Lisa Folawiyo Studios.

The Anwulika print dress from the Kwenu Spring / Summer 2018 collection is inspired by Igbo prints from eastern Nigeria and features an interesting art on silk fabric, including an indoor T-shirt with Isiagu motifs representing the head of a lion, a wink the origin of the name of his character.



She complimented the stylish dress with olive green pumps, a ring on each index finger and simple yellow gold earrings.
