President Jacob Zuma blames 'witchcraft' for his party's recent failure

South Africa's President, Jacob Zuma has blamed witchcraft for his party's failure to beat the opposition Democratic Alliance (DA) in its Western Cape stronghold,

According to the Sowetan Live, 'In the last elections I was satisfied that we were taking the Western Cape‚ I even said so. What went wrong? I too can’t tell you. I don’t know‚ [maybe] it’s because of witchcraft, witches practice their craft in different ways" the news site quotes President Zuma as saying that ghosts might even been voting to keep the DA in power.

During the speech made in both isiZulu and isiXhosa languages, the president continues to say, 'I don’t know where they get the luck to win here because people in the majority are not living comfortably. Maybe even ghosts are voting'.

President Zuma also accused his opponents of 'using large sums of money‚ buying people'.

Ribery Sees the Quality of Kroos In the Mateern-Mate Rudy Team

Franck Ribery liked Sebastian Rudy and Real Madrid star Toni Kroos after their seasonal start with Bayern Munich. Rudy, who joined a free transfer in July after his concluding contract in Hoffenheim, has witnessed under the Bundesliga Champions League minorities without Xabi Alonso's. The 27-year-old Niklas Sule opened a 3-1 win against Bayer Leverkusen and gave a powerful show in DFB-Pokal to flee Chemnitzer and win the DFL-Supercup victory over Borussia Dortmund.

And Ribery believes he brings the sort of qualities to the side that Kroos did during a hugely successful Bayern career before he joined Madrid in 2014.
“I’ve always thought: good player, quiet, but not shy. He is not afraid when he’s on the pitch,” Ribery told Bild.
“Rudy is a bit like Toni Kroos – his style is similar.”
The veteran winger also expects Sule to prove a good signing for Bayern.
“I will definitely have no problem with Sule,” he said of the centre-back, who arrived from Hoffenheim for a reported fee of €25million.
“He knows Bayern is a different level. He’s still young but he’s a good player. He has character and he’s brave. I like that.”
Bayern travel to Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga on Saturday.
