According to TMZ, Tupac Shakur's mum Afeni is getting divorced and her husband wants Tupac money. Read report below..

Afeni Shakur filed for divorce against Gust Davis, her husband of 12 years. For some reason we're told the couple doesn't have a prenup. Afeni filed in North Carolina, where judges are not required to divide property 50/50, but rather on a case-by-case basis to determine what's fair.
They have lots of property and he wants, among other things, the right to live on their 50 acre North Carolina ranch and wants the keys to the houseboats. Gust, who's a minister, also wants to keep his sweet Jag. Gust also wants alimony. We're told the Tupac Estate rakes in around $900k a year, but according to Gust, after expenses Afeni gets around $20k a month. We're told he wants $10k a month for the rest of his life.

As for Afeni, she's been separated from Gust for a little more than a year. She's currently living on a houseboat in Sausalito, CA. Afeni has filed legal docs asking the judge to shut down Gust's alimony request.

IMSU Best Graduating Student Chigozie Gets N1+m, Automatic Employment, New Car + Scholarship Abroad

Chigozie, from Ogbaku, in Mbaitolu LGA of Imo state, has emerged Best Graduating student at the university's 7th convocation ceremony held on Friday March 18, 2016.
Chigozie studied Optometry, graduated with CGP of 4.71 to emerge as the overall graduate  from IMSU university.

  Chigozie  was presented with a cheque of One Million Naira, by the state Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha.

Governor Okorocha also offered the young man automatic employment as a lecturer in the university plus a scholarship to pursue a masters degree at any university abroad.
 Hon. Deacon Chike Okafor, lawmaker representing Okigwe South Federal constituency and the Chief of staff government house Owerri, Hon. Uche Nwosu - each blessed Chigozie with the sum of five hundred thousand naira (N500,000).

The pro Chancellor of the institution, Chief Innocent, chairman CEO of Innoson Group, pledged to donate a brand new car to Chigozie from his company.

While Hon. Mathew Omegara gave the young man the sum of N50,000 to fuel his brand new car.

Chigozie was also inducted and decorated as a member of IMSU alumni.

Hulk Hogan Gets $115 Million In Damages Over Sex Tape Leaked By Gawker

A Florida jury on Friday awarded Hulk Hogan $115 million with the possibility of more after finding the Gawker website violated his privacy by publishing a sex tape of the celebrity wrestler.

 "This is a victory for everyone who has had their privacy violated," Hogan's attorney, David Houston, said.

The one-minute, 41-second video depicted Hogan engaged in sex with the wife of his then-best friend, radio "shock jock" personality Bubba the Love Sponge Clem.


 The 62-year-old wrestling star cried and hugged his attorney.

Hogan,  star of World Wrestling Entertainment, said he did not know the consensual encounter had been recorded when it occurred nearly a decade ago in Bubba's home.

He testified that he still suffers from the humiliation of a video that went viral. The video was viewed 2.5 million times on the Gawker site.

The case has drawn attention as a digital-age test of a celebrity's privacy rights and freedom of the press under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Gawker publisher Nick Denton said the website would appeal the verdict. A Gawker attorney previously said a loss could put the website out of business.

Gawker said posting of the sex tape on their site was in keeping with its mission to cover true and interesting subjects, stressing that Hogan had made his sex life a public matter.

 

The video included excerpts from a 30-minute sex tape obtained by Gawker without knowing its origin.

Ese Oruru Used To Write Secret Love Letters To Her Abductor

 Ese Oruru and Yunusa Dahiru (a.k.a Yellow) were allegedly close ..prove a letter exclusively obtained by Saturday Sun from an impeccable source, indicates that the two may have had something together. In the undated letter, which authenticity could not be verified as at Press Time, Ese had professed love to Yunusa, disclosing she had refused friendship requests from four other Hausa boys.

Ese also revealed in the letter the three conditions Yunusa required from her in the bid to cement their love affair.

In the letter, Ese had disclosed that Yunusa asked for three things, includ­ing following him to Kano; drop her Christian religion for Islam and love only him.


While Ese affirmed that she was ac­tually 13 years as at the time she wrote the love letter last year, she indicated that there was a plan for Yunusa to travel to Kano first, and she followed, even though she considered the arrangement ‘unfair’.

“I have already accepted the first re­quest, then while you decide to tell me that you cannot take me along with you the same day. It is very unfair Inusa, why just tell me why you decide to be unfair. Well, Inusa there are many Hausa boys who asked for friendship but did not get it. I had so many people who I have lived with, do you know what it means to live the people you had live with for 13 good years of your life (sic)”, she asked.

She entitled the letter, ‘Pls read & re­ply me Inusa’.

Attempts to run the letter by Ese proved abortive. Since the incident happened, the family have relocated and were under protective custody in an undisclosed location, Sunnewsonline reports.

Odumakin Drags APC Spokesman To Court @tenibegiloju

 Political activist and former National Publicity Secretary  Yinka Odumakin, the Spokesperson for Afenifere Renewal Group, has dragged the All Progressives Congress and its Lagos Publicity Secretary, Joe Igbokwe to a Lagos High Court urging the court to compel them to pay him N1bn for allegedly defaming him through a publication entitled, “Biafra truth be told” published by them sometime in October 2015.

According to Odumakin, the defendants in the publication allegedly categorised him among some people it described as “miserable election losers who go back to play ethnic politics and resort to blackmail, primordial sentiments, ethnic and subterfuge when they fail in national politics.”

Also joined in the suit is a Switzerland-based media consultant, Mallam Adekunle Kayode and Today digital News and Media Limited.
