Ellevate is a program that aims to minimize gender disparities in entrepreneurship and help women gain equal representation in the formal business world. It aims to boost women-owned and operated businesses in Nigeria, as well as across Ecobank's whole Africa portfolio, by utilizing a variety of distinct financial and non-financial incentives. It offers an end-to-end collaboration through which they will be able to have access to financial services that are specifically suited for them, including loans with favorable conditions and discounts. They could also benefit from special fixed deposit rates, no account maintenance fees, ongoing financial education, and capacity building through the Ecobank/AUDA-NEPAD academy, as well as other special arrangements. They would also get access to networking and recognition through the company's business clubs, as well as market access and the use of its many e-commerce options.

All of this is in addition to providing them with access to Ecobank's unique digital payments and collections platforms, such as Omnilite for payments, EcobankpayNQR for contactless local and cross-border collections, and modern POS channels, as well as a variety of lifestyle benefits, such as campaigns and promotions, to help them grow their businesses and improve their personal well-being.
