Saga Adeolu, one of the 'Shine Ya Eye' contestants on Big Brother Naija, had a life-changing encounter that he tells about in his pocket.

Since leaving the BBN house in 2021, the engineer and artist has witnessed some of the most significant developments.

Prior to appearing on the show, Saga shared a three-bedroom apartment with two other roommates for N600,000 per year, which meant he only had to pay N200,000; however, his current apartment costs N5.3 million per year, and he now lives alone as a result of his newfound celebrity status.

He also stated that he spends a significant portion of his earnings on clothing and styling because once he publishes, he has no control over what he wears.He also stated that he spends a significant portion of his earnings on clothing and styling because he can't wear the same look twice after posting it on social media.

Saga further stated that he is no longer able to travel in economy class or eat at his local canteen or roadside vendors.

He explained that this pressure is one of the reasons why many former housemates become depressed as a result of the sudden change and the desire to keep up with the Joneses.
