Zendaya has elevated her to status of red carpet queen over the years so it comes as no surprise that the CFDA has decided to honour her with the 2021 Fashion Icon Award at this year’s edition of the event.
The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) announced on Tuesday, October 19, that come November 10, Zendaya will wear the crown for fashion icon
This will make her the youngest recipient of the award which has been won by the likes of Beyoncé, Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, Pharrell Williams, Naomi Campbell, etc.
The Primetime Emmy Award winner for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her performance in Euphoria – is being recognized for her global impact on fashion.
