A video shows how a lesbian porn film began to play on a screen inside a Covid-19 vaccination centre.
The X-rated film popped up unexpectedly on TV that was previously playing public service broadcasts at the facility in Costa Rica.
People were waiting inside the pop-up medical tent for their turn to be jabbed when the television screen suddenly switched screens in San Jose City on Monday.
Shocked residents were baffled by the saucy girl-on-girl footage that started to flash on the screen while confused health workers struggled to turn off the appliance, which appeared to be connected to someone’s computer.
In the x-rated film, two women in lingerie are getting frisky on a bed and one appears to be about to kiss the other’s b.r.e.a.s.t.
The officers were eventually able to close the screen by yanking out the plug and apologised to the people inside for the “inconvenience”.
Witness Anthony Barboza, who was queueing inside the tent, said: “At first they were only playing public service announcements but it suddenly changed.
“No harm was done but the officers appeared confused and embarrassed at the same time.’
“Some of the people with me inside the tent were laughing.”
It is not clear if the embarrassing moment was an accident or a prank, and an investigation on who played the video is underway.
