Eminem is back with a surprising new album, Music to be Murdered By, which features a verse from late rapper Juice WRLD on Friday 17th January .
Other stars on the project include Black Thought, Q-Tip, Ed Sheeran, Young M.A, and Anderson .Paak, while Dr. Dre is credited on production throughout.

Marshall released a video for “Darkness.” It depicts a shooting at a concert, and then there’s audio and footage from the mass shooting in Las Vegas. As the video ends, there’s a plea encouraging people to register to vote. “Make your voice heard and help change gun laws in America,” the closing text reads, directing viewers to register at Vote.gov.

Grammy award winning rapper made the announcement, which left his fans pleasantly surprised on a micro-blogging social media platform, Twitter in the early hours of Friday.

The 20 tracks album, titled ‘Music to Be Murdered By’ is his 11th studio album since the inception of his career as a rapper and acclaimed lyricist.
The 20 tracks album feature collaborations with Ed Sheeran, Young M.A, Anderson .Paak, Q-Tip, Don Toliver, Skylar Grey, Royce Da 5’9″, Black Thought, Q-Tip, Denaun, White Gold, KXNG Crooked, Joell Ortiz, and Juice WRLD.
Sadly, rapper and singer Juice WRLD died in December after suffering a medical emergency.
The tracks were produced by Dr. Dre, The Alchemist, Dawaun Parker, David D.A. Doman, and Eminem himself.
‘Music to Be Murdered By’ marks Eminem’s first album since 2018’s ‘Kamikaze’ album, which became his ninth consecutive No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
The album has the same album title as that of the famous film director, Alfred Hitchcock’s 1958’s album, who Eminem is obviously a fan of.
In one of the tracks, called Alfred, there is a 30-second clip of the famed filmmaker speaking.
Also, the album’s cover art was modeled after same cover art on Alfred Hitchcock’s album, where Hitchcock stood holding an axe and a gun to his head.
The rapper acknowledged this in another tweet, saying his album was “inspired by the master”, posting the cover art of the album.
