Veteran actress, Lizzy Evoeme, aka Ovuleria, the TV wife of Chief Zebrudaya Okoroigwe Nwogbo alias 4.30 in the defunct Nigerian Television Authority series, The New Masquerade has passed away.
The veteran filmmaker died on Tuesday night, after protracted illness.
She was going to be honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award for her contributions to the movie industry at the Africa International Film Festival, which opens this weekend in Lagos.
