La La Gains Primary Custody Of Her Son

La La Anthony has  reportedly gained primary custody of their son Kiyan.
According to TMZ, they have agreed that 10-year-old Kiyan will live with his mother in New York City, spending 'a couple of days a week' with Carmelo.

The website reports that the two are intent on ensuring that their offspring remains in a stable environment with both his parents in his life as they part ways.

However, while TMZ has stated that the temporary custody agreement was achieved amicably without court intervention, La La and Carmelo 'are absolutely getting divorced, even though legal docs haven't been filed yet'.
