Bossip reports that Williams has won the first legal round in the court case over the death, after she got an emergency protective order against the Barsons.
Though no reason was adduced for Williams’ speedy protective motion,to protect herself ahead of the the expensive legal showdown.
Venus is yet to file her response to the wrongful death lawsuit that was filed by Barson’s family on June 30.
The family of the 78-year-old has dragged Venus Williams to court for being blameworthy for his death after the crash in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, on June 9.
Police reports claim Venus was to blame for the fatal crash after she ran a red light.
The 37-year-old recently broke down in tears when questioned about the crash for the first time, saying she was “devastated and heartbroken” by the incident.
