Bo Hair’s Maid Finally Speaks Out

Bo Hair’s former househelp, Lilian Okoro, has spoken out again, firmly denying involvement in the robbery at the businesswoman’s Lagos home.

What did Bo Hair’s former maid say?

In a statement circulating online, Lilian said:

“No amount of bullying will make me change my story. What I need is justice, not pity. I am saying it boldly that I did not do anything.”

What is the controversy about?

December 17, 2025: Bo Hair says armed robbers invaded her home and stole cash, jewellery and other valuables worth a substantial amount.

October 6, 2026: Bo released additional CCTV footage, alleging that Lilian helped direct the robber towards valuables inside the house.

Lilian's response: She denies the allegations and says she was wrongfully arrested and later released following a court order on April 27, 2026.

October 9–11: Reports circulated featuring Lilian's renewed insistence that she is innocent and wants justice rather than public sympathy.

This is now a dispute between CCTV footage presented by Bo Hair as evidence and the former employee's insistence that she is innocent.

The footage has prompted public speculation, but online reactions and interpretations of body language do not establish guilt. The allegations must be distinguished from a legal finding.

The central question is no longer simply what the CCTV appears to show. It is whether the available evidence can establish what actually happened.
