Ehi Ogbebor has fired another shot at Diiadem amid their escalating social-media clash, this time appearing to respond to the beauty entrepreneur’s claims with evidence of a villa she says she booked abroad.
“I can never be jealous of your slice bread house,” Ehi reportedly said while sharing the material, turning the latest exchange into another comparison over lifestyle, status and what each woman considers impressive.
The development comes as Ehi and Diiadem have become drawn into the wider public fallout between Diiadem and her former friend, Dabota Lawson. Diiadem had mentioned Ehi while discussing allegations surrounding businessman Olakunle Churchill, prompting Ehi to publicly challenge her version of events.
Rather than leaving the exchange at verbal accusations, Ehi has been sharing material from the past.
She previously posted archived 2020 direct messages allegedly sent by Diiadem, in which Diiadem asked to accompany her to outings and jokingly offered to be used as her “handbag” when she went out. Ehi appeared to use the screenshots to push back against the picture of their past relationship being presented during the current dispute.
She also became more confrontational in an alleged voice note circulating online, warning Diiadem about what could happen if they met physically. The recording has been attributed to Ehi by multiple media outlets, although the contents should be treated as allegations rather than independently established facts.
The latest post introduces a different kind of flex.By presenting evidence of a villa she says she booked abroad, Ehi appears to be challenging the idea that she would be envious of Diiadem’s home or lifestyle.
That makes the “slice bread house” line particularly pointed. The argument is no longer simply about who said what years ago; it has become a very Nigerian social-media form of status comparison — who has what, who can afford what, and whose lifestyle is actually being envied?
The original dispute involved Diiadem and Dabota Lawson, with Churchill becoming one of the major points of disagreement.
Diiadem said she knew Churchill and alleged that Dabota had previously tried to connect him with Ehi. Dabota has given a different account, while Ehi has rejected the suggestion that she had the relationship with Churchill that was being discussed.
Ehi's involvement has since taken the controversy into another direction, with old friendships, private messages, alleged past encounters and lifestyle comparisons now all becoming part of the public conversation.
What makes this particular exchange interesting is that the receipts have moved from words to lifestyle evidence.
In celebrity social-media feuds, saying “I have more” is easy. Showing something that you believe proves it is a different kind of response.
But beneath the luxury, villas and houses is an older question about status: when two people are arguing about who has more, who actually gets to decide what counts as impressive?
So the villa may be the receipt Ehi wants people to notice — but the bigger spectacle is the status contest happening around it.
