Katy Perry spoke on how her “Swish Swish” single featuring Nicki Minaj happened during a cooking/dinner session.
She revealed her and Nicki always wanted to collaborate and almost did on “Get On Your Knees“, but Ariana Grande ended up singing the parts first.
Katy ended up sending Nicki Minaj a few songs and Minaj loved “Swish Swish” the most. Nicki then sent her verse back over e-mail as they were both too busy to be in the studio together!
