In an interview with TIME, Roslyn Corrigan claimed she was inappropriately touched by the former president during an event in Texas in 2003. She was posing for a photo with her mom and Bush, when the politician allegedly groped her bottom.

“My initial action was absolute horror. I was really, really confused,” Corrigan told TIME. “The first thing I did was look at my mom and, while he was still standing there, I didn’t say anything.
