Nigerian-British influencer and businessman Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo has died at 43 following complications from a penis enlargement procedure in Thailand.
According to findings presented at an Inner West London Coroner’s Court inquest, Ubiribo received 40ml of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injections at an unnamed clinic in Bangkok on March 5, 2026.
Later that day, while receiving a massage with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, he complained of chest pain and collapsed twice. He was rushed to Sukhumvit Hospital, where doctors diagnosed a pulmonary embolism. He later lost consciousness and died in the early hours of March 6 after more than 100 minutes of CPR.
A post-mortem examination reportedly found cellular material in his lungs matching the hyaluronic acid used during the procedure. The coroner therefore linked the fatal pulmonary embolism to the cosmetic treatment.
The circumstances have also prompted an investigation by Thai health authorities into the clinic and whether appropriate medical standards were followed.
Known online as Tiny, Denisi or Ego, Ubiribo had more than 180,000 Instagram followers and was known for documenting his luxury lifestyle, travels and marriage to Danielle Simba Allen.
His death is now drawing attention to the potentially serious complications that can arise from cosmetic filler procedures—even when they are marketed as minimally invasive.
