Spyro shares a heartfelt message and valuable advice with upcoming artistes seeking to break into the music industry
On his Instagram page, the “Fine Girl” crooner cautioned aspiring Afrobeat artistes that signing with a prominent record label is not a route to success.
Spyro revealed that he was let down by record labels in the past and had to build his career from the ground up to achieve his current status.
Spyro opened up about his struggles while under his previous record label, disclosing that he had to take out loans from various sources, including banks, to fund his projects.
However, he credited God for transforming his life and attributed his current success to years of dedication, hard work, and meticulous planning.
He wrote:
“Dear Upcoming artiste, I write this to you from the depth of my heart… I wish you would know that the Label or who is signing you has nothing to do with your success.. So if you like be signed by the biggest label/ artiste in the world,it’s still no guarantee for success o Labels/Big names will only aid what you already “CARRY”
“So if you already carry a failure mentality that everything must be done for you/handed to you just because you got the talent, well they will help amplify you to be a massive failure and vice versa. just so you know too,your talent without diligence and hard work will FAIL YOU Infact these days a talentless person with Focus,deligence & hardwork gets the Stop building castles in the air waiting for labels/people and start investing in YOU”

This move marks the fourth managerial role in Wayne Rooney’s coaching career, which has yet to replicate the success he enjoyed as a player.
In a statement released by the club, Wayne Rooney expressed his enthusiasm for the new role, saying, “Taking this role at Plymouth Argyle feels like the perfect next step in my career. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting project. I look forward to helping to build a squad of players to play expansive football – and to entertain the Green Army .Rooney’s appointment comes after a tumultuous spell at Birmingham City, where he was sacked after just 83 days in charge.
During his brief tenure, he won only two of 15 matches, contributing to the team’s relegation to League One.
Prior to that, he had a short stint with DC United in Major League Soccer.
However, he did demonstrate his managerial potential during his first role at Derby County, where he navigated the club through difficult circumstances, including administration.
Plymouth Argyle chairman Simon Hallett praised Rooney’s passion, intelligence, and knowledge, saying, “Throughout the interview process, Wayne showed himself to be a passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable candidate with an appetite to prove himself and develop his managerial career.

Veteran actor, Zack Orji has recounts how a scene with Eucharia Anunobi in the classic Nollywood movie “Glamour Girls” affected his marriage
Speaking on the set of “Legend’s Untold Story” with Labista, Orji revealed how the scene impacted his personal life and marriage.
Orji disclosed that after the film’s release, he was suspended from his church due to the controversy surrounding the movie.
His pastor informed him that the church received numerous calls inquiring about his involvement in the film.
Despite being assured of confidentiality, a journalist broke the news to him, seeking confirmation of his suspension.
Orji also opened up about the toll the movie took on his marriage.
He stated that his wife, also an actress, was affected by the provocative scene, with many people filling her mind with negative thoughts.
This led to issues in their relationship, although he couldn’t recall how they resolved the matter.
