On Saturday, November 5th, the Black Panther African premiere took place in Lagos and attracted a large celebrity audience.

Many famous people made sure to wear clothing that reflected the movie's subject.
The majority of costumes, particularly those worn by BBNaija alumni, were created by Toyin Lawani, a stylist based in Lagos.

All was okay until it was discovered that Hermes, who represented the late Chadwick Boseman, had his name plainly printed behind his clothing with the incorrect spelling.

Printed boldly behind the outfit was “R.I.P Chad Boswick”. Nigerians were not going to have that as most took to Twitter to slam the designer and Hermes himself. Reality tv star, Vee also bore her displease, as she tweeted; “Chad Boswick” has been killing me all day*crying emoji*”
