People should normalize defining their relationships, rather than forcing friendships on everyone, including those who aren't friends, according to the actor and filmmaker.
"Not everyone is your friend. Some people are your coworkers, friends, bosses, and subordinates. Normalize not referring to everyone as a friend and not placing friendship expectations on individuals who aren't your friends," she said.
