Next month, the iconic singer will get a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
According to the press announcement, the event will take place on April 7, and Ja Rule, Tichina Arnold, and Lupita Sanchez-Cornejo are among the celebrities who have confirmed their attendance.
Ana Martinez, a producer for the Hollywood Walk of Fame, stated last week, "Ashanti is an award-winning singer, novelist, actor, and executive producer."
"She has demonstrated her talent in a variety of Hollywood businesses and serves as an inspiration to young women who aspire to work in the industry."
Ashanti claimed she was "speechless" at the honor in a quick Instagram message welcoming the news.
She captioned,
