Emmanuel Ademola Ayilara, is a 29- year old entrepreneur created Landwey, a real estate development and management company which provides a lot of money for him. Emmanuel never gave up on his dreams, even though he encountered challenges along the way he never gave because he looked beyond his situation and fought so hard to achieve his goal.Emmanuel has about 42 staff who works with him. In 2018, Emmanuel was listed in Forbes Africa 30 under 30.
“Once I had a taste of success, there was no turning back. Starting and running businesses became my turf and all I had to do was build more capacity. I always believed opportunities would come to those who were most prepared so I put in the hard work even when no one noticed,” he says.
