Photos of Ja Rule spark rumours he's on steroids

"Always On Time " Rapper, Ja Rule has sparked rumours he's on some type of steroids after he recently performed at the 7th Annual Bushwick Collective Block Party in Brooklyn, New York.
Jeff Atkins, 42, whose pere took a little less than an hour was full of action and had the whole crowd buzzing during his performance. But something incredible was his body being detected after removing his shirt and showing his muscles. Many today are investigating online that the NY rapper may be on some steroids or functional enhancement of drugs that follow his  muscles and improved athletic performance.
