‘Thank God for a new week . Here are a few words for the new mum to be @officiallindaikeji .I don’t know why but I was elated When the news broke yesterday evening. I literally jumped for joy . Wow! Welcome Linda to the mummy club. Motherhood is a great honor and privilege, the natural state of motherhood is unselfishness. When you become a mother, you are no longer the center of your own universe. You relinquish that position to your children.
A miracle is really the only way to describe motherhood and giving birth. It’s unbelievable how God has made us women and babies to endure & be able to do so much. Such an incredible blessing.
Motherhood is the greatest thing and the hardest thing.
The balancing act of motherhood & a career, and being a wife or a single mother , is something that you’ll never perfect, but You will love the challenge of it.
You are a public figure so people will have all kinds of opinions especially hurtful ones , stay steadfast in prayer & protect your little angel at all cost .
Motherhood has most definitely changed me and my life. It’s so crazy how drastic even the small details change – in such an amazing way. Even silly things, like the fact that almost all of my pictures on my cell phone used to be of me – conceited, I know! – but now almost every single picture on my phone is of my daughter .
Motherhood has a very humanizing effect. Everything gets reduced to essentials.
Being sensitive to the world around you especially with how you treat your fellow women & other people children is something that we as mothers naturally adapt to . At the end of the day ,
You are never ‘just’ a mom. You are everything your child can need in life with or without a man .
Moms are the greatest .
I join my voice with that of the people who wish you well and pray as you prepare to give birth to the child in your womb.
May the Holy Spirit be your guide & support you , calming all your fears & strengthening you in love.
May you Linda be filled with the peace and blessing of the Lord ,so that you may bring our child into this world
safely & in good health to the praise & glory our Lord Jesus. Amen’
