President Aisha Buhari's wife expressed deep gratitude to Nigerians for the successful return of her son, Yusuf Buhari, from medical treatment after being injured by a motorcycle accident in Abuja.
Ms. Buhari, who expressed appreciation for her handful of tweeting on Thursday in Abuja, said the Buhari family remained grateful to all Nigerians for their constant prayers for Yusuf Buhari's recovery.
"We thank God for the return of our son Yusuf today after his medical trip.And on behalf of the family, I wish to express our gratitude for the goodwill and prayers since the unfortunate accident." God Almighty bless all the world and continues to guide us all, "she tweeted.
The Nigerian News Agency (NAN) reports that Yusuf arrived at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja on Thursday morning.
He was accompanied by his mother's personal physician (Aisha Buhari), his older sister Halima Buhari, and other family members.
NAN report that Yusuf was received at the presidential villa by his parents president Muhammadu Buhari and his wife Aisha Buhari, Interior Minister Abdulrahman Danbazau, Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi, Minister of State for Health, Dr. Osagie Ohineri and other closed partner of the family.
