Wife of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, Bianca Ojukwu, commanded anambars to ensure they would vote for Governor Willie Obian in the next month's election.
This was stated at Ekwueme Square in Anambara State during the party gathering and stressed that the unity of APGA proved that her husband's legacy was still intact.
Bianca said: “Now I know that my late husband, Emeka Ojukwu’s house has not been demolished and it can’t be demolished.”
She also stated that ex party officials who have used and dumped the party will never progress politically and she enjoined everyone to join hands with the party to move the state forward.
She said: “APGA is not the party that forgets her people but anyone who used APGA and left will not prosper politically.
“Anyone who was in APGA and comes back to ask you to vote for his new party, ask him of what he did with what my late husband, Emeka Ojukwu left for him.
“Umunne, time has come, we have no one else but God and as the lord surrounds Israel, so does He surround APGA, Anambra state.
“Our creed is “Be your brother’s keeper” and the legacy my late husband, Emeka Ojukwu left for us shall not die.”
