Nigeria’s Ezuruike Wins Men’s Gold & Tijani Clinches Women’s Silver In Weightlifting

 Roland Ezuruike won the 54Kg competition. He set three Paralympics records to win top prize.
Also, Latifat Tijani clinched Silver in the women’s – 45kg Power lifting event. She lifted 106kg in the 45kg category to place second behind China’s Dandan Hu.
Great Britain’s Zoe Newson finished behind Tijani to win bronze.
