"Many of us want to be successful but are quick to quit when slapped with delay. Many of us do not know who we are. We do not understand how powerful we are and what we CAN achieve. Success is no accident, it takes a lot of sweat, hard work, perseverance, training, sacrifice and most of all determination.
We have to be prepared to wait and focus on what matters. Our lives will be so much better this way. I constantly hear people say “I’m tired of celebrating with others...what about me?” And I say to them “Have you heard the back-story of a successful man's story?"
Do you think that CEO you adore woke up one morning, found a lot of cash in his drawer, hired many people and became their CEO? That simple? Do you know how many years of sweat, training and hardwork that person went through? We need to learn to WAIT for good things.
Yes, some situations become worse as you wait but we forget that sometimes, things fall into place as they fall apart. The greater your storm, the brighter your rainbow - Do not give up during stormy seasons, wait for your rainbow! If an opportunity passes you by, move on. Do not sit and sulk. It’s okay to hurt but don’t die there.
As some of you wait for your big break, you give up and forget that stars can’t shine without darkness. Remember to make yourself better whilst waiting. You are not a failure because it hasn’t happened, you start to fail when you give up. As you wait for that "big thing", try to be better than the person you were yesterday. Leave pride, leave ego, face the things that matter.
As you wait, improve yourself. If you cannot afford to pay for a Course, do voluntary work! It does not kill! Remember that with hard work, there are no limits to what you can achieve. Are you alive? Yes! Make today ridiculously amazing - for yourself and those around you. #Bless," she wrote.
