Seeing as you have refused to do the needful, see you in court- Falz’s sister writes VDM

In a dramatic turn of events, Folakemi Falana, the sister of rapper Falz and an entertainment lawyer, has announced that legal action will be taken against VDM. This comes after VDM refused to apologize or retract the statements he made regarding an alleged audio conversation involving Bobrisky. On September 25, Falz and their father, renowned lawyer Femi Falana, had issued a 24-hour ultimatum demanding VDM issue a public apology. However, VDM stood firm, insisting he did not defame the rapper or his father. Now, Folakemi has made it clear that the matter will be settled in court, setting the stage for a tense legal battle.

 

 

Recall that Falz and Mr Femi Falana had through their lawyers written to VDM on Wednesday, Septenber 25, giving him a 24 hour ultimatum to apologise and retract the statements he made while reacting to the audio conversation allegedly between Bobrisky and an unidentified man.

VDM however insists he did not defame the rapper nor his revered lawyer father.
