Super Eagles caretaker coach, Augustine Eguavoen, remains confident ahead of Nigeria’s crucial Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Libya. Despite recognizing the Mediterranean Knights as a formidable opponent, Eguavoen expressed optimism that his team will triumph in Friday’s match, set to take place in Uyo.

The Super Eagles currently top Group D with four points from two games, positioning themselves as group favorites. However, Eguavoen emphasized that Libya, who sit at the bottom with just one point, will be eager to fight for a result, making the encounter a challenging one for Nigeria.
