So a video circulating on social media shows an individual believed to be Kogi’s PDP Governorship candidate in the last election, Dino Melaye allegedly buying black market fuel for his Ferrari.
This comes amidst widespread fuel scarcity in Nigeria, which has led to an increase in black market sales.
The brief footage shows black market vendors negotiating with someone seated in a customised Ferrari with plate number as DINO.
