Veekee took out time to post a cozy video of herself and her husband. In the video, she was serenading him with some songs, while he lay down smiling. At some point, he joined her in singing the songs.
In Veekee James’ caption, she commented that she can’t keep calm, as it is her hubby’s birthday. After that, she wished him a happy birthday, saying; ‘Happy birthday Ayomi’.
During the period of her wedding, Veekee James uploaded almost all the events that took place at her wedding on social media.
The fact that she posted a lot during her wedding didn’t sit well with some fans, as they heavily criticized her for doing this.
A lot of comments were made about the number of outfit changes that she did, starting from her wedding photoshoot,registry down to her traditional wedding, and then church wedding.
At some point, an old video of her dancing and twerking surfaced the internet, and a lot of comments were made as to how different she was now from what was seen in the video.
Veekee James didn’t address the video, and slowly, it stopped circulating the internet.
The negative comments Veekee James continued to post, regardless of the fact that she faced backlash.
Getting negative press helped boost Veekee James’ presence on social media, since naysayers were always on her page. She amassed 1 million followers on Instagram, and in true Veekee James style, she celebrated publicly.
