With his new quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, Ahmad "Sauce" Gardner recently went to a New York Knicks playoff basketball game. He sat next to Jessica Alba, and while not knowing who she was, he still managed to make an impression on her. Aaron Rodgers found it amusing that his millennial cornerback Sauce Gardner was unaware of the existence of the actress Jessica Alba. It makes reasonable because Sauce is 22 and Jessica is 42.
He recently told the media about the encounter: He was merely making fun of me a little for being so young. You know, like, we was getting seated, and he was like, ‘Oh, we’re about to sit by, um…’ What’s her name?…
‘We bout to sit by Jessica Alba!’ And I’m just like, ‘Oh!’… You know what I mean?… I’m like, ‘Yeah, I don’t know who that is.’ He looked at me like I’m crazy. You know what I mean?… So, yeah, it was just great… Just being able to sit over there and I got to meet her, and, um, one of her friends who was from Detroit, actually, you know, it was great vibes.
But, that whole night he would just keep asking me out of nowhere, like, ‘Do you know who that person is?’ And I’m like, ‘Bro, that’s Amare Stoudamire, I know who that is, like, now you just picking on me at this point. What Sauce didn’t share with the press is that his flirty line to Jessica’s friend, the one from Detroit, left an impression on Jessica..@AaronRodgers12 couldn't believe @iamSauceGardner didn't know who @jessicaalba was. π (via @nyjets) pic.twitter.com/6qOTQFZx3C
