Tyrese Gibson attacked Samantha Lee, his second wife, last month, accusing her of getting married to him for financial gain .
Tyrese is currently trying tenaciously to prevent Samantha from receiving any spousal support payments.

New legal documents obtained by TMZ state that Tyrese wants to keep his 2016 Range Rover while offering to let Samantha take home a less opulent 2017 Land Rover Discovery instead of paying her monthly spousal support payments.
Tyrese also wants their prenuptial agreement implemented and is asking for shared legal and physical custody of his daughter, Soraya Gibson.
Additionally, he wants the final say in non-medical emergencies involving their child.
