#jaiyeorie   Drake has reportedly signed a massive deal with Universal Music Group worth up to $400 million.

Even though an official figure hasn't been published, Variety said that this was confirmed in UMG's Q1 earnings call.
Insiders, on the other hand, have suggested a figure of $400 million, which might be considerably higher.

According to one source, the deal is "LeBron-sized."

"Drake has the bargaining ability to negotiate a net profit share with the best agreement terms and a gigantic advance up front," an attorney in the music industry stated of his client.

The nature of Drake's relationship with Young Money/Cash Money is no longer known (also owned by UMG).
And, according to Complex, he has fulfilled his commitments under his prior UMG deal. ✍️✍️✍️ ✍️“feel free to disagree in the comments 👀 ☝️👆 & let JAIYEORIE know what U think!” 📎 COMMENTS 👈👉✍️🤳 DROP YOUR OPINIONS ✍️✍️✍️
